Cocomansi (Coco Amino with Calamansi)
Saint C Cocomansi is our internationally patented saucy blend of Coconut Aminos combined with our produced Calamansi extract (Philippine Lime). The Coconut Aminos is produced from the sap of the nectar of the coconut palm. The sap is fermented first, cooked, then, blended with sea salt. The gluten-free liquid has a deep flavor akin to soy sauce, but with a tinge of sweetness and less salt. It has a balsamic mellow flavor that will enhance any type of food.
